It's important to me that you are happy with the art you purchase!
Once I confirm your payment, your order will be carefully prepared for shipment. I make every effort to insulate the artwork and package it securely.
In the case of original art purchases, I aim to ship your artwork 3-7 days from your date of purchase. Print orders are ready for shipment within 2-5 business days. Please allow approximately 10-14 days to receive your purchase.
If we are unable to ship your art to you within the time frame above, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Original art shipments are sent with tracking and insurance. You will receive information about your package once we have shipped it.
Please note:
If you live outside of the UK, your artwork may be subject to additional duty and taxes your country charges on items exported to you from another country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
I make every effort to ensure your painting reaches you safely and cost-effectively. Challenges with overseas shipment in recent years have caused prices to jump dramatically, particularly for large items. If the shipping I arrange ends up costing substantially more than the cost I originally charged you through this site, I will get in touch with you to request additional payment or give you the opportunity to decline the shipment and receive a full refund for your purchase.
