When you purchase art from this site, we collect the information you provide such as your name, shipping/billing address and email address. When you browse the site, we also automatically receive your computer’s IP address and collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view and what websites or search terms referred you to the site.
We use this information to fulfill any orders placed (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with order confirmations), to communicate with you, to screen orders for potential risk or fraud, to provide you with information relating to products (in accordance with the preferences you have shared with me) and to improve and optimize the site for all visitors.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTESTS
On occasion, J.K. Bleeg will run contests, giveaways and other promotions on social media. These terms & conditions apply:
The winner will be chosen at random. There is no cash alternative to the prize, though you may transfer it to someone else. One prize per person. During the selection of winning entries, the user names of winners will be announced and/or tagged in social media posts about that specific contest's results. Winners will be notified by DM within 7 days of the contest closing date and must resapond within 28 days of the closing date to claim their prize. J.K. Bleeg will ship the winners their prizes within one month of responding to J.K. Bleeg with their shipping details.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please get in touch using the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident, note that we process your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the site), or otherwise to pursue business interests listed above.

When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us via email to delete this information.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
This store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you. When you make a purchase on this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use the products here for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

PRICING TERMS AND CURRENCY CONVERSION
Prices for the artworks available for sale are listed on the site in GBP and can be converted to your home country's currency if you reside outside of the UK. Refunds use the same payment method and are issued in the same currency that the customer used to pay for the order. If the currency needs to be converted to issue a refund, then the current currency rate (and not the currency rate at the time of the order) is used in the conversion.
If you ordered artwork for shipment to a country outside of the UK, any customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
ARTIST RIGHTS
When you purchase artwork from this site, you so so with the understanding that the artist retains all rights to the work, including the right to sell reproductions of the work (unless otherwise agreed upon writing) and use images of previously sold work in marketing materials.
COMMISSIONS
Commission work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. J.K. Bleeg will confirm the price of the work with you, at which point a nonrefundable 50% deposit toward the purchase price is due. The artist will provide you with two opportunities to review progress on the piece and offer input. Once the piece is complete, you must either issue the final 50% payment to release the artwork for shipment or decline to follow through with the purchase and surrender the deposit.
MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCT PRICES
Prices for our products and any other services offered on the site now and in the future are subject to change. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
ACCURACY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (where applicable)
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of artworks that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of colours will be consistent with this.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we do not have control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools without any warranties, representations or conditions. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Please ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
